Longtime friend of San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook charged with buying guns used in massacre

The friend of one of the San Bernardino shooters was charged Wednesday with plotting terrorist attacks, buying the guns used in the massacre and marriage fraud.

Enrique Marquez, 24, a longtime friend of Syed Farook, is being held in federal custody without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 6.
Marquez’s close friendship with the San Bernardino couple who killed 14 people on Dec. 2 led cops to seek him out soon after the attack.
Hours after the shooting, Marquez could be heard on a 911 call implicating himself
