Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben is set for a sensational return to the Premier League after agreeing to join Manchester United in January.According to reports in the English media.
Louis Van Gaal has already claimed that Man United is in desperate need of a goalscoring winger and Arjen Robben is perhaps the best in the world in that department.
The Dutch winger has performed at a world class level for about a decade now and could be an outstanding addition to Manchester United.
Van Gaal and Robben have worked together previously and the pair enjoy a good working relationship. If the rumours of a fallout are true and Robben is indeed considering a move, Van Gaal will be more than happy to offer him an escape route.
