A Man from Florida kills, cooks, eats shark that attacked him

A Florida man killed the shark that attacked him — and he plans on making a meal out of his sharp-toothed rival.

The Jupiter fisherman and his 5-year-old reeled in the carnivorous beast Monday, just a day after the shark’s bite left Engelman with a handful of stitches.

Engelman was surfing near Singer Island off Florida’s Atlantic coast when he felt something chomp down on his left palm. When he looked down, he saw a seven-foot spinner shark nibbling on his flesh, he said. “He was pulling on me with a lot of power,” he said. “He was tugging on my hand, and I was tugging on him and he let go.”
The surfer wrestled the creature off his limb, and paddled to safety. Doctors at the local hospital sutured the wound with 15 stitches, he said.
Engelman returned to the scene of the bite a day later to get his retribution.
The bandaged-up dad helped his son, Greyson, pull in the shark with a fishing pole. He identified the biter by its fin markings and insisted they had found the right fishy perp.
