Bayern Munich STAR Franck Ribery sues CNN for $1.5m

CNN ran a story last month about a 24 year old American woman, Chelsea Ake-Salvacion, who was found dead in a cryotherapy tank in Nevada spa.

  

CNN used a photograph showing Franck Ribery's head, whereas the football player used an analogous machine, that several high-level sportsmen usually do. a mistake on the cable network's half, as they straightway took down the image and post, however that wasn't enough to prevent folks from noticing it.

Franck Ribery lawyer Carlo Alberto Brusa said this, "Mr. Franck Ribery, a world-famous professional soccer player and former member of the France national soccer team, has never given his permission and consent to the use of this photograph -- and therefore of his image -- related to the aforesaid publication."
